  • Because every Dulcé Amoré treat is baked to order and begins its journey in our kitchen three days before it reaches you, our production clock starts 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.

    Cancel with 72 hours’ notice or more
    – Simply let us know, and we’ll process a full refund—no fees, no fuss.

    Cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or miss the collection/delivery window
    – By this stage your cheesecake, cake, or cookie batch is already in the oven (or cooling on the rack), so we’re unable to resell it. For that reason, the order becomes non-refundable.

    If Dulcé Amoré must cancel (for example, an unexpected power outage or an ingredient shortage)
    – We’ll issue a 100 % refund immediately and, to make up for the inconvenience, give you 20 % off your next order.

    We know plans change, so if you realise you need to adjust your date well in advance, email us at info@dulceamorebne.com.au—we’re always happy to help where possible.

  • Yes—We deliver Friday–Sunday, 9 am–5 pm, for a flat $35 to any address within roughly 60 km (about an hour) of Springfield Lakes, with free pick-up by appointment; please allow at least 72 hours’ notice, ensure someone is available to receive the order (redelivery fees apply), and if you’re outside the zone just DM @dulceamore_bne or email enquiries@dulceamorebne.com.au for a quick quote.

  • We kindly request to allow 3–6 business days for whole cakes and cheesecakes, 3–5 business days for cookies, 2–3 business days for tasting sampler boxes, and 7 business days for large, corporate, or dietary-specific orders; custom designs and peak-season dates (public holidays, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.) fill quickly, so the earlier you book, the better!

  • We currently offer lactose-free, gluten-friendly, or nut-free adaptations where possible. Because specialty ingredients cost more, final pricing may differ. All products are baked in the same kitchen, so trace amounts of allergens may remain.
