Hi, I'm Andrea Robledo—founder, baker, and heart behind Dulcé Amoré. What started as a simple love for cooking and baking for family and friends during celebrations and casual hangouts slowly grew into something more meaningful. Sharing food has always been my love language and seeing the joy it brings to others is what continues to inspire me every day.

I'm a proud self-taught baker who learned through a mix of cooking shows, well-loved recipe books, and a whole lot of trial and error. With every whisk, stir, and oven timer, I discovered not just recipes—but a calling. Encouraged by the constant support of my family, friends, and my ever-loving partner, Dulcé Amoré was born.

At Dulcé Amoré, every treat is made with intention—blending passion, patience, and a whole lot of heart. From cookies to cakes (with a special love for cheesecakes!), my goal is to spread the same joy I’ve always felt in the kitchen to anyone who takes a bite.
