  • How are your cheesecakes, cakes and cookies made?

    Every item is baked in small batches, completely from scratch, right here in Springfield Lakes. We use premium, mostly Australian-sourced ingredients (think Philadelphia cream cheese, Bulla dairy and Arnott’s biscuits) and never freeze finished products. Flavours such as matcha, ube or Biscoff are folded in just before baking to keep colours vibrant and aromas fresh.

  • How much notice do you need?

    Whole cakes & cheesecakes: 3–6 business days.
    Cookies: 3-5 business days.
    Tasting sampler boxes: 2–3 business days.
    Large/corporate or dietary-specific orders: 7 business days.

    We open the order book two months in advance; prime dates (holidays and long weekends) disappear quickly, so the earlier the better!

  • Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

    We gladly offer lactose-free, gluten-friendly or nut-free adaptations where possible. Because specialty ingredients cost more, final pricing may differ. All products are baked in the same kitchen, so trace amounts of allergens may remain.

  • How long will my goodies stay fresh and how should I store them?

    Baked cheesecakes: fridge 0–4 °C, best within 5 days.
    Layer cakes: fridge, best within 3–4 days.
    Cookies: airtight container, cool room temp, best within 5–7 days.
    Bring cheesecakes and cakes to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for the creamiest texture.

  • Do you offer tasting samplers?

    Absolutely! Our cheeky “Sampler boxes” lets you try six mini slices or cookies in one box—perfect for indecisive sweet-tooths or menu-planning brides. Pre-order required (see timeframe above).

  • What if I need the order sooner?

    Drop us an email at enquiries@dulceamore.com; if we have oven space, we’ll squeeze you in (a rush fee may apply).

  • Do you have a storefront?

    We’re an online-only micro-bakery—for now! Follow us on Instagram @dulceamore_bne for pop-up dates and future market stalls.

  • How are the products packaged?

    Cheesecakes and cakes are boxed on sturdy cake boards; cookies come heat-sealed for freshness. Sampler boxes include flavour cards and allergen information. All packaging is recyclable or compostable.

  • What is your refund / cancellation policy?

    Because our products are perishable and made to order, production starts 72 hours before your collection/delivery time.
    Cancel ≥ 72 hours: full refund.
    Cancel < 72 hours or no-show: no refund.
    If we ever have to cancel (power outage, ingredient shortage), you will receive a full refund plus 20 % off your next order.

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes—local delivery across Springfield Lakes, Greater Springfield, and surrounding suburbs (Ipswich & western Brisbane). Delivery fees are distance-based and shown at checkout. Free pickup is available from Springfield Lakes (4300) Monday–Friday after 5 pm or Saturday 9 am–12 pm.

    Free pickup from Springfield Lakes (4300).
    Free delivery on orders over $150 within 10 km.
    Missed the driver? A $10 redelivery fee applies.
