Baking & Delivery Timeline
To guarantee fresh-baked goodness—and to give us time to prep specialty ingredients—please place your order at least 3 business days in advance for classic cookies, and 3-5 business days ahead for premium, gluten-free, or bulk/custom boxes.
Classic Cookies (standard size) - baked and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Premium/Gluten-Free or large cookies - allow 4-5 business days.
Custom mixes / bulk orders - up to 6 business days.
If your cart combines sizes or flavours, the longest lead-time applies.
